After 25 years together, my husband and I reached a new level of closeness and mutual understanding.
For accomplished women
who know how to deliver results,
but are tired of sacrificing
their feminine nature for them.
Building a career in a hedge fund, then developing my own business and managing a team, I ran into a central contradiction: the higher the level of responsibility climbed, the higher the level of stress became.
Behind every new result stood a loss of energy and a loss of connection to myself as a woman. At the time, this seemed to me the price of scale.
Over ten years of practice and searching for a resolution to this contradiction, the Alchemy of a Woman was born. It is a method that allows you to grow in scale and at the same time become softer, more feminine, freer. It is the culmination of my own experience of reaching results in a feminine way.
Alchemy has given me what previously seemed incompatible:
The secret of Alchemy is not about slowing down or resting more. It is a technology that allows you to grow in scale without accumulating tension – and instead, expanding your own throughput.
This programme is not for everyone. It will bring real value only to women who are already established – as a personality, as a professional, as a leader – and who right now are standing at the threshold of a new level.
If your goal right now is to open up your feminine potential at scale, where responsibility, money, and influence go hand in hand with sensuality, depth, and softness – then this programme is for you.
Alchemy is the meeting of power, femininity, and spirituality – through which life gains wholeness, dimension, and depth.
After 25 years together, my husband and I reached a new level of closeness and mutual understanding.
This programme is an Executive MBA in femininity. Structured, deep, transformative, and at the same time deeply practical.
For the first time in four years I was able to raise my rates and assemble a VIP cohort for private mentorship. Before, I was not ready for it.
At 50, I let myself be simply a woman. After 22 years of marriage, a new honeymoon began.
Accomplished women do not plateau because they have not tried hard enough. They plateau because the thing in the way is specific – and until it is named, no amount of effort moves it.
Six archetypes appear consistently across more than a decade of private work. Each is a point a high-functioning woman reaches when the thing that built her career stops being the thing that takes her further. The work that resolves one does not address another – so naming yours is the first useful act.
You reached the top of the system. When you picture what is next, only the next rung appears. The ladder is the only shape you can see.
You built something real. It grows only to the size that fits inside one of your days. The team brings a version, and it is faster to fix it than to explain it.
Professionally complete, privately alone. The register that built your career will not switch into the one that lets someone in.
Everyone draws from you. Around you are clients below and teachers above, and no peers. You hold the room. No one holds you.
Mother, partner, professional, all at once. Every role gets your tired, partial version. You come last in your own order of priority.
You can see the next layer of your life. From where you stand, you cannot reach it. Trying harder on one axis no longer adds up to a next turn.
No group program. No self-paced course. The work is done one-to-one, and it moves only when the pattern is named.
Eight questions. Four minutes. The diagnostic identifies which of the five specific patterns is holding your current ceiling in place.
The result is not a personality type. It is a precise indication of which form of private work addresses your pattern – and which does not.
A private call. We address your specific pattern – not general frameworks. Eliza works at the structural layer where the block actually lives, not at the surface where it only appears.
You leave with a precise map of what was running the plateau, and a first practice specific to your pattern. Most women feel the shift inside two weeks.
For some women one consultation is enough – the pattern is named and the first practice carries. Others enter ongoing private mentorship; the relationship deepens as the pattern yields.
There is no predetermined length and no program to finish. The only criterion is whether the work is still moving you.
I take a small number of women each month into private consultation. The call is ninety minutes, on video, in English or in Russian – whichever language the hardest thing in you will surface most easily in.
There is no agenda template. I open the call by naming what I see in the first twenty seconds of you arriving – most of the diagnostic is done there. The remaining eighty minutes are the two of us working the specific layer of your pattern.
I do not coach. I do not teach methods I have not personally tested. I work at the layer the frameworks do not reach – the structural place where a woman's capacity to hold what she has built lives, or does not.
You leave with a precise map of what has been running your plateau, and a first practice written specifically for your pattern. Most women feel the shift inside two weeks. Written notes from the call arrive within forty-eight hours.
Investment is by application. If you have taken the diagnostic and the pattern resonates, write to me. The conversation about price follows the conversation about fit – not before it.
If the pattern and the fit are right, we continue into ongoing private work. If not, the consultation stands alone and is complete.
– Eliza
A neoclassical body of work. The body returns access faster than the mind – sound, breath, and movement doing what sitting still cannot. Listen in order, or by call.
