Building a career in a hedge fund, then developing my own business and managing a team, I ran into a central contradiction: the higher the level of responsibility climbed, the higher the level of stress became.
Behind every new result stood a loss of energy and a loss of connection to myself as a woman. At the time, this seemed to me the price of scale.
Over ten years of practice and searching for a resolution to this contradiction, the Alchemy of a Woman was born.
